About a Wedding Director . . .
The Rates for using the Basilica include a Staff Wedding Director who will provide the following:
- Pre-Wedding Questionnaire - This form is emailed to the bride
one month prior to the wedding date requesting ceremony details and followed up with a phone consultation.
- Direction of Wedding Rehearsal - Based on the above questionnaire, the
Director works with the Celebrant to conduct the Rehearsal to ensure that the Wedding Party is prepared for the
ceremony.
- Direction of Wedding Ceremony - The Director will be on-site at least one hour
prior to the start of the ceremony to oversee its details and to assist the Celebrant and Wedding Party.
Note: Wedding Party may include Special Seated Guests (grandparents,
parents, etc.), Bride and Groom, Bridesmaids and Groomsmen, Flower Girl and Ring Bearer, Ushers, Lectors, Readers, and Eucharistic
Ministers.
