Parking Rates

	Patron Rates & Classifications as of August 1, 2009   MONTHLY PATRON Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. This classification benefits those employed in downtown Asheville with typical M-F work hours.  The begin/end hours are not strict, however, patrons risk being charged "Event Parking Rates" on Saturdays and afterhours M-F if the lot is being sold for an event. $55 per month 24 HOUR PATRON This classification is beneficial for business owners and residents in downtown Asheville. $60 per month WEEKLY PATRON This classification is designed to meet Temporary Parking needs from 4 to 7 days, i.e., traveling professionals, guests of downtown residents, etc. $30 per week or partial week DAILY PATRON This classification is designed to meet Temporary Parking needs from 1 to 3 days, i.e., interim health professionals, traveling professionals, guests of downtown residents, etc. $10 per day ELECTRONIC GATE CARD DEPOSIT All patrons with assigned parking inside gated lot will be issued a card.  The required deposit is refundable upon return of reusable card.  If needed, additional cards can be issued. $20 per card
